Returns

  • We want you to be pleased with your Olyinka Lingerie purchase. If you need to return your item/s, provided the guidelines below are met, we will allow an exchange or refund. To maintain hygiene standards, we advise when trying on underwear and playsuits to try them over your own underwear, as worn garments will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Any items we believe to have been worn will be returned back to you at your cost.

    Quote your order number, specify what item(s) you would like to return or exchange and note your reason for returning. Please pack with care and in their original condition, packaging, including all tags still intact. Ensure the prepaid shipping label is affixed to the outside of the box, covering any current labels.

    To arrange the collection of your item, simply visit the DHL Express website at https://mydhl.express.dhl/gb/en/schedule-pickup.html for detailed instructions or to locate your nearest drop-off point. Please refer to the link for further guidance.

    Returns accepted by our company will be refunded to the same payment method, account and currency initially used for the transaction.

In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free international return policy with free shipping. Please keep in mind that any customs duties and taxes paid at checkout or on receipt of goods are nonrefundable, and you will only be refunded for the cost of the product.

  • Eligible returned items must reach us within 30 days of receipt to be considered for a refund.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account. Please note that this processing time is beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • At Olyinka Lingerie, we strive to provide products that meet our high standards. However, if a product you received is defective, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. If you require to return an item, please ensure that returns are accompanied by proof of purchase and have not been subject to normal wear and tear. Our team will check all returns for faults upon receipt.

    If a faulty item needs to be replaced and it is currently in stock, we can accommodate this request. Please provide detailed information when contacting us about the item that needs to be replaced. If a replacement isn't available, customers will have the choice of either a credit note or full refund for the price of the item plus any shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 30 days and will comply with all applicable regulations.

  • Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged and all sales of such items are final. Unless the item is found to be faulty, no exceptions can be made and no exchange, credit note or refund will be granted in this case.
