Orders Delivered within the UK

At Olyinka Lingerie, all prices are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT. The total price and shipping costs for your order will be displayed on the checkout page. Payment must be made upon placing the order, and any changes to prices before you place an order will be communicated accordingly. We reserve the right to inform you if a product's actual price is higher than that stated in your order, at which time you may decide to cancel it.

Orders Delivered Internationally

We use a third-party reseller, Global-e, for purchases to be delivered outside of the UK. For customers inside the EU, the UK VAT rate of 20% is applied. Our website displays products in a range of currencies and you may have to pay additional import duties or taxes prior to delivery; these costs are determined by your local tax and customs office. Delays might occur due to your local customs authorities holding back goods for procedures: please refer to our shipping guide for details about current delivery costs and delivery dates.

Please be aware that all items are subject to availability and we may not have the item you've ordered in stock. We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible if we cannot fulfil your order.

For bespoke orders, please note that these products are made to your specifications and are therefore non-refundable. We will work with you to ensure that your bespoke order meets your requirements and specifications. Once the order has been placed and the materials have been purchased, we will be unable to make any changes to the design or cancel the order.

We do our best to ensure that your products reach you promptly, but cannot be held liable in the event of delay or non-delivery due to circumstances outside of our control.
