Every piece is made to order and ships within 7–14 days, sent tracked with Royal Mail. Delivery is complimentary within the UK. Internationally it's complimentary on orders over £200 — below that a standard rate applies, and an express option is available at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes on arrival. These are payable by the recipient, are outside our control, and are not refundable — including if you return your order. We can't be responsible for delays at destination customs, and orders can't be redirected once dispatched.

Standard sizes can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with all tags and the hygiene seal intact. Bespoke pieces become final sale once we've confirmed your measurements and begun making them — up until that point you can cancel for a full refund. Your statutory rights are always unaffected.
